By completing the registration process, I affirm my acceptance of all the terms outlined in this document. I confirm that I am either the registrant or the legal guardian of the registrant and that I am at least 18 years of age. I acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms presented herein.

I (we), as the registrant(s), acknowledge the possibility of event cancellation or postponement due to various factors, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, strikes, revolutions, transportation failures, major event-related accidents, or similar unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the organizers of the Tip-Top Exposure event will exert all reasonable efforts to reschedule the camp or event for a later date at their discretion. If the registrant is unable to attend the rescheduled date, it is understood that no refunds will be provided.

However, the registrant will still have the opportunity to participate in alternative events throughout the 2024-25 calendar year.

I acknowledge that, by placing my signature on this document, I willingly assume responsibility for associated risks. I consent to indemnify, abstain from pursuing legal action against, and release from liability the event organizer, "Tip-Top Exposure Events," Sandy Creek High School in Tyrone, GA, Stratford Academy in Macon, GA, Banneker High in College Park, GA, Fulton County Schools, along with their respective agents, employees, and volunteers. This release forms a legally binding contract with significant consequences and applies to all "Tip-Top Exposure" camps and activities at the event, irrespective of whether explicitly listed above.

Before signing, I have thoroughly reviewed the contents of this document, comprehending its implications and the commitments I am making through my signature. I am fully aware that these activities involve inherent hazards, and my participation in them is entirely voluntary. I acknowledge the potential risks, including but not limited to bodily injury, loss of life, or property damage, whether readily known or undisclosed.
